Can I track my return?

The transport company you chose to return your product to us will in most cases provide you with a tracking link to follow your parcel.

 

How does the refund of my return work?

After checking if the return meets all the conditions, the money will be refunded to the same payment methode you choosed in Mollie (online payment or bank transfer) when placing your order. The return amount will be credited to that same credit card.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelling your order is only possible if we have not yet processed it. We therefore advise you to contact our customer service department as soon as possible to check whether a cancellation is still possible. If cancellation is no longer possible, you can always return your order after receipt.

 

My order is damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete. What now?

Fill in the contact form with as many details as possible and try to describe the problem as well as possible. You can also always contact our customer service team directly, they will be happy to help you solve your problem.

 

What are the exceptions to returns?

There are some exceptions to the right of return:

  1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products customised for the customer, made-to-measure or on products clearly intended for a specific person.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are used, damaged or incomplete.
  3. The European right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers (i.e. customers with a company name and/or VAT number).
  4. The European right of withdrawal only applies to orders delivered in the 28 EU Member States + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
Can I exchange a product?

Yes, you can exchange a product. You do this by placing a new order with the desired product. This new order needs to be paid first. Send the item you want to exchange back to us. Make sure to check whether the product meets our return conditions, as returning the product is always at your expense.

Would you like to exchange an article because we delivered it incorrectly? In that case we will of course bear all return costs.
